First State Educate is a nonpartisan nonprofit focused on strengthening school board leadership across Delaware.

We work with school board members, candidates, and communities to improve how local boards govern public education. Our work centers on governance practices that support student outcomes, responsible stewardship of public resources, and transparent decision-making. This includes training for board members, candidate education, and public-facing information designed to support informed participation.

First State Educate does not endorse candidates or take positions in school board elections. Our role is to provide information, tools, and learning opportunities that help communities better understand how school boards operate and why governance matters.
